Well I survived another day of protein drinks. Hope all of you did also. I did have to go have some peanuts out of the vending machine as I was feeling very shaky. Boy did they taste good. Now all I have to do is go to sleep and then I can wake up and have scrambled eggs. Yaaaa Hoooo. Well goodnight all Lori

Hey Lori, I survived as well. And I also wound up eating a handful of peanuts. It was like this....I was driving home, I had a jar of dry roasted peanuts in the car, and I was STARVING!! It was amazing at how good they tasted and how few it took to satisfy me!! I''ve also been working out (which I have been doing for a couple of weeks) AND, my scale is down this morning 4-1/2 pounds!!!! woooooooohoooooooooooo!!!!!! Now I'm going to fix me some eggs......YUM!! Hugs, Dianne

Hi Lori. Glad you made it this far. I didnt think I would make it til day 3. Actually I had no plan to make it to day 3. I just thought I would "kinda" follow "parts of the suggestions as a support to Rhonda and to help myself a little. But I did make it. Yesterday I had 4 slimfast optimas, for 720 cals, coffee,10 cals, calorie-free koolade, 2 sugar-free 5 cal popsicles for 10 cals and 1 can of tasteless,low sodium, beef vegy soup at 150 cals, 18 carbs and 14 protien. But removed most of the potatoes so as to lower the carbs and cals. then I had about 1 isopure at 180 cals and 40 protien. Total 1050 cals aprox, 94 protien, 106 carbs about 80 oz of water and coffee. Yeah, today I have a canned chicken salad made with onion, green pepper, Jalapenos, hard bioled eggs, spices, mixed with a dejoun mustard, and peperjack cheese. and also bringing 2 more HB eggs to work. I took it real easy for breakfast. I had a couple of small slices of pepperjack cheese off the block and may make a protien drink before work, but having coffee now. So far I've went down about 8 pounds as of this morning. I know most of it is water weight and cleaning out my innards, but it feels good to see the scale drop some.Plus, I've been doing some walking when I get spare time at work, just around the building but every little bit helps. I'm still with ya.. I did eat a turkey bacon with my egg beaters this morning... i think my stomach is rumblin BRB..
