yeah.. I'm doing really good.. home is much easier for me, than work tho..
perhaps I should call in sick tomorrow too
I've actually felt hungry a couple times, which is rare for me
.. I usually graze so don't feel hungry often... but it passed quickly. And then a few times head hunger.. I even bought a small receipe book while in line at the supermarket buying cat food..
I knew I had to get out of there PRONTO.. but the receipes are on casserole and slow cooker meals
my FAVORITES..
just like after WLS when I would always watch the foodnetwork stations








I'm soooooooooo hungry!!!! But I've almost finished this day....Thank you Lord!!!
Ok...
I used powders that I had....
1. 32 oz cup with Matrix Oranges & Cream and Isopure Vanilla Cream (blended w/milk and ice)
2. 16 oz cup with Isopure Chocolate (blended w/milk and ice)
3. 16 oz cup with Banana (not sure of brand) (blended w/milk and ice)
and 4 20 oz bottles of water w/crystal light.
Haven't had "dinner" yet....maybe Necter Wild Cherry
But what I really want is a cheeseburger!!!!

Either that or the HOT personal trainer that I have. I stayed busy today at work, then afterwards I went to the tanning bed, then to the gym. I'm going on a cruise in less than 2 weeks and been trying to kick it into high gear!!
I did fix me another drink Muscle Milk low fat cookies and cream (powder w/milk and ice blended). This one is good!!
