Is my pouch broken?

F this protien drink **** and it's only 9.07 AM on day 1. I was cursing Rhonda this morning as I put my milk and powder in the blender. Before I even started blending I see milk drooling out of the blender because I didn't out the seal on right after I washed it. F that, I contiued to run it with milk drooling out. Put it in my coffee mug, drank it on the way to a meeting, then added coffee to the remains. So far-36G's of protien. Not hungry,and oddly very thirsty....which entails 50.7 ounces of water so far. I'm out...I had an egg this morning...my pouch works just fine...just need to eat right..when I do..I loose...so far today..1 protein shake, 3 32 ounce glasses of water, 1 egg w/cheese

Dear Liz, Please get to the point... Do ya not like the protein drink or what Why do I get the impression people in youR life never have to guess what you're feeling? Hang in there! It's gonna work for ya! I can feel the skinniness comin on! Hugs, SPark You crack me up sometimes I swear.

I'm having trouble with the milk and protein mixes so my surgeon suggested the New Whey liquid protein in the vial that tastes like kool-aid. THEY ROCK!!!! I buy the 42 gram size and drink half in the morning and the other half after lunch in the afternoon and I can carry them with me anywhere. They give me a quick energy boost. Try them and see if that helps you sweety. They are $2.99 a vial at the Vitamin shop and $3.49 a vial everywhere else. They are cheaper if you buy them by the case. A case is 12 vials. Hi Liz, I started today as well. Already warned the coworkers to back off or I might bite them lol. So far I drank 16 oz of carb countdown milk. I use the premixed protein drinks because the powder annoys me. Good Luck! Deb
