Head start.
Ok, I got a head start on all you for the challenge next week. I've gone back to low carb and did well today. I also cut out diet soda for 36 hours now and only had a small glass of iced tea (trying to cut caffeine too). I mostly ate protein and greens. Gotta work on more water though. To tame my sweet tooth I bought some Atkins protein bars.

I have to start fasting Sunday nite for bloodwork at 9:30 on Monday.. so I guess I will "officially" start at midnite sunday.. but right now I'm eating my turkey bacon and egg beaters breakfast.. I ran out of cheese and forgot to bring some from the house tho

i'm not a big pop drinker.. just one now and then.. like 1 or 2 a week. What I'm really gonna try and do THIS TIME AROUND.. is to not drink anything.. the half hour before/after and not with my meal. I never followed this rule before.. and want to try.. it makes alot of since. Along with not "wetting" the protein down.. cuz I know sometimes chicken makes me full quick..
