fried matzo? if that's matzo brei it's got eggs in it for protein (kinda like french toast with crumbled up matzo.) but it's not good for carbs and sugar. well it is if you mean it's got carbs and sugar fat also from the frying. if that's not what it is, i have no idea what it is. Bacon sounds good to me. oh and hey, why not just title the thread, "Jay, my JEWISH friend?" Hey Rhonda! I had white bread today!

do you have white bread oftencuz that was the first time I've experienced fried matzo.. and yes it was like you said.. altho I thought more like bread puddin' without the puddin sorry if I offended.. I thought I remember you talking of jewish meals previously in post and thought I would share my experience with matzo. But now I feel like such a Marge Schott...

it was a joke, i'm not offended. some of my best friends are goyim. an truthfully i try to avoid white bread. i prefer rye, wheat, sourdough, a bagel or english muffin or just about anything else.

Good... sometimes I worry that my ignorance on some things makes my words offending.. .. glad you were not offended then

you know whats good? turkey on rye with cheese, lettuce, tomato & avacado. I'm eating that now, except the bread is wheat, there is no cheese, tomato or avocado & instead of turkey its ham. but lettuce, lettuce I have.

anything with turkey and avacado needs alfalfa sprouts! and maybe a little basil. mmmm. and that is better on wheat. lol. i want to go back to saugatuck! (where they make the best sammiches.)
