i'm going thru withdrawals..
I wanna a cookie.. or donut.. or doughnut.. or CHEESECAKE
today.. so far.. I've had 3 slices of turkey bacon, couple small slices of pepperjack cheese and egg beaters..
but I'm longing for my ole friend LongJohn creme filled...
I'm gonna start posting what I'm eating again.. here.. so be prepared I think it helped me last time tho.. and I need

I was like that yesterday...i did have a handful of reeses peeces fom the little candy machine....I try not to carry quarters...they burn holes in my pocket.
Today so far protein shake at 6am, 2 - 32 ounce glasses of water, 12 ounces of green tea, and now I am enjoying a scrambled egg w/cheese on it.
My problem is from 1-3..that is my snacking time....
on a side note...my hands are cold....
I would say put your hands in your pockets.. but they got holes in 'em.. stick 'em between your legs.. that's what I do when I have cold hands
my problem is 7-5.. when I'm at work
Monday.. when I got to leave work eary cuz no air.. and I went shopping..I shopped for 7 hours and didn't think once of food shoppin must of been releasing that stuff in my brain that satisfies my addictions..
