I got lucky last night

last night I fell asleep without the assistance of sleeping meds. this is the first time in a looooooooooong time that has happened. I hope this is the first of many. this may have been better than s*x. but prob not.

Thats a toss up. I guess since I can sleep, sex looks better to me!!

that's awesome Kel.. do you know what was different.. that you were able to sleep without the meds.. Dan slept for 9 hours last night.. but with his meds. I think he figured out that it's cuz he worked all week and it's been hotter than hades outside and he wore himself out mentally and going to meetings.. he just finally worked himself plum tuckered out or at least that's MY interpretation of it.. now me.. i sleep fine... but lately been waking up with sinus headaches.. I've been up for an hour now and it's finally drained. I CAN BREATHE *inhaling deeply thru nose* awwwwwee sippin on my coffee now

is dan's new job outside? man it has been hot out there....i slept really good without meds too....even with millions on my mind....lots to do today INCLUDING STARBUCKS!!!!

he's driving as a courier either a truck or van (whichever is needed) so he's in and out of the weather.. so not as bad as some.. I really feel bad for those who work in it or non-airconditioning.. just heard on the morning news that a homeless man was found dead under a bridge locally here.. thought heat induced. I have nothing to do today well.. I could clean but what the hell..

okay.. I stand corrected, maybe not a courier.. but more a freight deliverer..

I know of some differences, but then, no. its a mystery. whatever it was, I hope it continues. I dont like using meds for that.
