I need inspired... I'm thinking it's some weight.. some water.. some of Maria's Aunt not visiting me the month of July.. I know I can do better in eating.. and definitely better in water intake
what can we do to inspire me

It is a good day. But it's always a good day when the boss is out of the office. I get off work at 12:00 tomorrow, but have softball at 6:00 and again Saturday at 2:00. *Finally* the season is almost over. We're cooking out after the tournaments then heading to the bar where there's a band and I get to kick up my heels. I don't need booze to get my groove on! lol
As for DDD weigh-in...I'm exactly the same as last week. But that's good with me, at least I'm maintaining consistently. I'm gonna be three years out on August 16th and have maintained within 5 pounds of my lowest weight all that time (I lost all my weight in the first 9 months), so for me that's a success.
Although, I too could eat better. I do exercise and that's probably what really saves me. Just think if I ate better? I'd probably lose some more. But, I'm an addict and sometimes it takes a little kick in the arse to make me wanna change something. lol
