retired today. Curtis Martin threw it in today. i was sort of hoping that somehow he'd make a comeback. what a crappy year for running backs in NY, the Giants lost Tiki Barber and now the Jets lost Curtis Martin. two of the best to ever play the game. Martin finished with 14,101 yards rushing in 11 active seasons, ranking behind only Emmitt Smith (18,355), Walter Payton (16,726) and Barry Sanders (15,269). His 3,518 carries are third on the NFL's career list, and his 90 rushing touchdowns rank him tied for 12th with Eric Dickerson. Martin was also a versatile offensive weapon throughout his career, catching 484 passes for 3,329 yards and 10 touchdowns.

lol. most everyone who's ever watched a football game knows of Curtis Martin, i'm just a huge Jets fan so i had to say something when i read about his retirement. Still sick, but maybe a little big better. Thanks for the hugs, hugs back at ya.

youre supposed to think of that. Chris Berman always gives players nicknames when he does the highlight films and he uses stuff like tv references etc. so he always called Martin, "Curtis 'my favorite' Martin".

as for Riley Martin he's a nutjob Becky and I know from Howard Stern. He claims he was abducted by aliens and now communicates with them and we're just making fun of the way he talks. Uhhh look man.
