DDD Update?
Anyone still doing well? I totally funked mine up over the weekend...I have some stress right now that caused me to stress eat over the weekend....WTF...i go perfect for 5 days then screw it up over the weekend...
oh well....I am perfect today and just fininshed my chicken salad...but am really fighting off the urge to march myself back down to the cafeteria and get me an order of them there onion rings and greesy ass pizza....mmmmm
oh well....

I was not the best little girl over the weekend either
altho I didn't eat alot Saturday.. it wasn't good food.. I didn't eat until 4 and then had a chalupa from taco bell and a big fried danish that had creme cheese sause in it it was heaven.. altho.. I did walk into UDF for a milk shake.. and looked and walked back out.. and then Dan brought me home a plate of 5-6 miniture desserts and I ate them all..
sunday.. grazed all afternoon..
at least we have 3 days to re-coop.. no wonder I'm the same 5 pounds
Todays weight (152) Down -5
Goal is 140-135
Had been stress eating sugar, very little protein and skipping vitamins. Got back on track last Thursday and have managed to lose the five pounds I gained from stress binging. CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES ARE THE DEVIL
Back to at least 96g of protein a day and at least 80-100 oz of water a day. I am determined to reach goal by the end of this month.
