Well, I was not able to weigh in this morning. But, I did weigh myself at home and I was the same 248. Guess that is what you get for partying it up too much this past week

the same isn't bad.. I didn't get to weigh this morning..
I ate a hamburger this morning (no bun) and had coffee..
the coffee soured on the burger.. maybe too much grease
I feel better now and I'm eatin NUTS.. and still drinkin coffee..
