MY kvetch

being single SUCKS. you heard me. it sucks. not even the lonely parts. yeah, ok, i'd really like to have someone to hug & spoon, but fine, I hug bruno instead & get through it. the sex...whatever. I'm a freaking sexual camel. no worries there. its the doing stuff that usually gets me. not like the going to the movies type doing stuff, but the stuff around the house type doing stuff. i.e. I just tried to get the solar cover on my moms pool. couldnt do it, cause I had no help. went to water her flowers, couldnt get the sprinkler off the hose (freaking thing. I threw it to the ground in disgust.) my closet doors have been broken off for FOREVER cause I dont know how to hang them. if/when I do meet someone I hope he's handy. cause I'm really looking forward to getting some help with stuff. *sigh* ok, I feel better now....I think thanks for letting me ramble on. (did I kvetch properly?)

Ok, you had to know that is the one line that would catch our attention... As for the other stuff, I so hear you. I'm generally pretty handy and can *usually* fix stuff myself but it would be NICE to have the option.

I so know how you feel.....I texted my friend today that I thought I was going to have a break down.....I have so much that needs to get done.....A guy was going to come and fix my roof.....never came...can't get a hold of him...my insurance is going to drop me if I do not get it fixed......missing a few shingles from a storm......I have a list of things so long......I kind of had a date last night.....it was with a guy I dated in Feb/March......but it was nothing.....just going to go out every now and then.... So what about you have you had your coffee date yet?

but what if you fall in love with a non-handyman i mean around the house.. not in the bed I think that's why I ended up opting for a condo.... I couldn't see me mowing my lawn.. climbing on the roof.. cleaning gutters.. at 268lbs.. with no man.. don't tell poppa.. but I have found no man that's as handy as my daddy

i guess I'll worry about that bridge when I come to it. right now, I'd be tickled with meeting a man who actually does what he says he's going to do. *sigh* kellee* *jaded.
