How wonderful! Now, let me say this when you close; don't let them force you to sign anything without reading it. Closings (I've been through 3; 2 buy, 1 sell) they RUSH you through and tell you the realtor has everything under control. It's your money. Take as long as you want. It's a scary thing once you've signed, but it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It is yours; all yours. No one gets to come in without your being there, you can tear it up if you want to, paint, whatever. The BEST thing to buy yourself. Big congratulations!
