Hey Annie darling! Ok, I HATE fish and I can give the skinny on tillapia. I can manage to get 4 ounces of it down in big bites and swallowing very quickly. Other than that, it's still fish; just not as "fishy" tasting. I do have some fillets in the freezer along with ocean perch. I am going to "try" to eat fish to be healthier, but I believe in eating what tastes good.
The texture? It's barely there. Very thin fillets and goes down very easily. Still tastes like a fish...
