Last call for The Double Dog Dare Challenge
I think most of you are already on board but just incase we missed anyone, just incase someone has been riding the fence, I'm calling you out.
If you'd like to be included we are weighing in once a week between July 5 and September 6. Winner(s) get a gift card from the store of their choice.
I do need some input on how we should determine the winner. Some have more to lose than others, some are fresher out of surgery than others. I would like to try and even the odds so everyone the same chance to win. Any ideas?
Everyone have a great day!
How about each person that reaches their goal (because there will be more than one that will ), their name could go in a drawing (or in a hat, lol) to be drawn by someone not participating and the person whose name is drawn would win the gift card.
Isn't that how it's done for larger contests when there's more than one eligible person? Just an idea thrown out for input. I won't be offended if it isn't taken or someone isn't comfortable with it.
That's an awesome idea Theresa! At least I think so...
How does that sound to everyone else?? Everyone good with that?
Everyone in? I think I heard for those that want in on the gift card, a 5.00 contribution. I like that idea. Not a heavy financial burden for anyone and but it will be a nice prize for the winner.
so is it $5 for all entries.. or those who want to participate in the drawing.. and if all of us reach goal.. we draw a name.. and everyone who is NOT the person drawn sends the "winner" a $5 gift card
sounds good to me.. either way.. if I lose weight.. I'm a winner
and you may want to see who is participating in the DDD only.. and those participating in the DDD and gift card.
Or instead of sending a bunch of $5 gift cards, we could choose a person, send the money to them and they could purchase a gift card (winner's choice) with all money included on it...thus making it one big prize!
And I'm in for the challenge and gift card part of it. I probably won't even get in the drawing but I'm all for supporting those that will!
