Protein help

I cook mine at work and just had one for lunch
i spray butter on foil.. and fish.. and place on a pan and put it on high in the toaster oven.. and turn it once.. and cook more. Not sure on the time.. I know it's not long.. even with it frozen.. may 10 -15 minutes.. salt pepper.. and I even melted hot pepper cheese on mine today.
