What are you doing to win the DDD?
Mel: cut down/out on sugars and refined carbs.
begin a walking program
Increase water intake
I walked today on my lunch hour....4808 steps...that's approximately 2.3/4 miles. Yah me!
Jay said he'd walk with me when I get home. Not sure how far. We'll probably take the doggies for a nice long walk.
No Breakfast today unless you count the 2 lattes... BAH!
But I did have a good lunch: An Asian summer roll with chicken, blueberries and grapes.
Dinner: Cheeseburger no bun. Strawberries of some sort for dessert.
How is everyone else doing???
BREAKFAST - 3 strips of turkeybacon, 1 slice of cheese and dash of eggbeaters
SNACK - 1 lite yogurt with roasted nuts added
LUNCH - 1 Tilapia fish
SNACK - roasted nuts
altho cheated already and had about 4.. or 5 saltines with thin layer of butter and S/F syrup dolloped on it
DINNER - probably nothing.. going to ALANON in Falmouth.. which is about an hour drive from where I work.. 1/2 hour from where i live.. meeting starts at 8.. home around 9:30.. too late to eat!!
no exercise.. i suck but I did walk around at the Village Discount Store at lunch..
you'll do better if you eat breakfast! i tried to get some low carb yogurts but they were out. Tomorrow i'll pick up some protein bars for breakfasts or something.
I'm not doing the challenge because i only want to lose 10lbs not 20, but i'm with ya babe. Let's do it. It will be much easier if we do it together. Of course two parties this weekend and a trip to cleveland on Sunday won't help.
At least i guess we're not going to Tastefest as we'll be so busy.
