I got on the scale this morning... about 4 times.. the first couple said 169.. and I couldn't believe it.. so I kept getting on it and it said 170 how the heck do you diet for 2 weeks.. and lose to 162.. and then in a matter of days put on 7 freakin pounds... could it have been the.. chinese mcD's hostess streusel pretzels peanut butter galore double white castle french fries

Doubtful...maybe a few but not 7. I be****er retention is more to blame. So drink your darn water! I just got up and made my latte so I haven't weighed myself yet but I will and I'll post back on this thread.

it happens to me all the time, and then in a week or so i just as suddenly drop it. it's happening to me right now. i'm up to 210 again.

guess that's why I hate scales.. and never got on 'em.. but I got to.. so I quit gaining. hope you are right and it **** back off soon I wonder if it would be fairer on the DDD challenge to do percentage of body weight instead of most lostI want it to be fair.. is that fairer..
