First Weigh-In for the Double Dog Dare Challenge
For anyone who didn't catch the thread...Rhonda and I DDD'd each other to try to lose 20 pounds over the next two months. With my pending nuptials and the thought of walking down the aisle in a slinky wedding dress looming before me, I needed to get my ass in gear, literally.
We even upped the ante a bit....20.00 gift card to the one who comes closest to the goal.
Winner picks the store. That's a little side bet between Rhonda and I.
Anyhow today is the kickoff day. Anyone who wants to join our little competition is welcome. I think there were a couple of you (Tina, Kellee) that mentioned wanting in but the more the merrier.
We will weigh in once a week on Thursdays. I'll start us off. Good luck everyone!

Not sure of todays starting weight...will hop on the scale tonight...240ish
goal 225 and to get into a 32in waiste jeans and medium shirts. I figure if I can't drop the weight...I would at least like to contour my adonis type physique

Glad you decide to join us Jeff. I figure the more of there is, the harder it is to bail without getting a major amount of flack!
I haven't really tried to lose anything since surgery so I guess I'll get to see if my tool still works.
And we all want a look at that adonis type physique when we complete the challenge.

I don't know what to put as my starting weight though. I've gained about 4 pounds over the past few days, hopefully all water. So do I put what my low was a few days ago or my high of today???
My low was 296.....which would make my goal in two months 276.
If I use my high......then it's 300 and my goal is 280.
Oh....what the heck!! I'll say I'm starting at 300 and I want my goal to be 276!!
