I'm bored....

and my dogs are **annoying** me no end... every time someone lights off a firework... they bark. it is driving me NUTS!

Hello Mel & Jay, Cathy & I went all the way up to the theatre door but I could tell she didn't feel all that well today. Primarily sinus and just a little under the weather. So we drove right on by and went to Blockbuster to look for a movie to watch at home. I bought Primal Fear with Richard Gere and Ed Norton. Cathy has never seen it and she loves mystery/legal types of shows. Gettng ready to watch it and I am excited for her o see it. However right now I am watching Elizabeth Edwards on Oprah. She is such an inspiration to both Cathy & I. Forget the politics, her book "Saving Graces" dealing with the loss of her son and dealing with breast cancer is so awesome.

I've seen it and thought it was quite good. Edward Norton gives an amazing performance. Has a nice twist at the end. We attempted to watch Smokin Aces the other day... it was awful. We turned it off half way through. I think we have "The US vs John Lennon", 'Apocalytpo", "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Guns', and "American Hardcore" downloaded to watch. Not sure if we'll watch one of those or not. Have you seen any of those?

Smokin Aces didn't even appeal to me. Cory, my eldest son went to see it and he thought it was terrible and he is a pretty good judge of movies. I saw Apocalypto and would give it a 5.5 on a scale of 10. That being stated many did like it better than I. The other 3 I haven't seen but I do want to watch "The US vs John Lennon. I must admit I am not a huge Mel Gibson fan. I loved his early stuff going all the way to the original Mad Max but his work both in front and behind the camera over the past 10 years have failed to impress me.

I just found out that Sas hasn't seen Fargo. A movie that came out in the same year the Primal Fear did, 1996. Fargo is one of my favorite Coen Brothers movies and it literally raised both William Macy's and Francis McDormand's careers to the A list. I love watching a movie that is great work and I haven't seen in a while.

Ohh I forgot.. The Last Mimsy is another possibility.

Well ya'll may have the Last Mimzy but it officially comes out on DVD on July 10th. I have heard mixed reviews on it, i.e. The Chicago Sun Times - The Mimzy is flimsy. I do plan on watching it.

Rhonda, Cathy is quite the seasoned MySpace user where I am quite the novice. So I have to take MySpace lessons from her. Sas, Is telling me she has seen your comments and she will make sure that I see mine as well. I am going to get pooped checking the Singles, F&F and now MySpace websites....Pooped already... Ron
