I don't know where I found that pick, but it always makes me smile.... AND WISH I COULD EAT BREAD....lol... My sweet Mommy is a July 4th baby, so it is soooooo nice to be able to be with her for her birthday this year. I missed soooooo many of her birthday's living in Atlanta. She is 57 tomorrow...and I think I shared with you guys is having knee replacement surgery on 08/07......that is (4) days after MY birthday.... I just want to help her get thru it, ya know? I asked her if she wanted Apple Pie or Angle Food Cake for tomorrow, and she didn't want either.....(rats) I LOVE SUGAR.... Hope you have a GREAT 4th. Sherr

Sherr, Is your Mom have one knee or both replaced? I've had both of my knees replaced...the first one didn't go well had to have a revision then I had my other knee done, went great but the first knee was hurting so bad and they found out it was loose....Got a new Doctor and he had to take the whole thing out and start over so 3 knee replacemnts on my left, one on my right and I'm doing GREAT now!!!!!! I wish your Mom the best of luck make sure she works really hard at therapy that is the key to knee replacement. Happy Birthday to you Mom! Hugs. Barb

She signed up to do both on the same day, but this past week realized she needs to do one at a time. We are using Dr. Ball in Jonesboro, Ar...from Arkansas Orthopedics.....She will have the right one done in Aug. and the left in January. Oh, BELIEVE that she is going to her PT appointments Blondie is in da Houze.... I can be quite "persuasive"...errrrrr....*****y. Sherr

My mom is everything to me. She's been my best friend since my first recollection of "life" at aged 2. I was playing on the patio, as she hung out the wash on the line.....it was my 2nd summer on this earth, and I was watching her, smiling....The sun was behind her, and I remember thinking "MY MOMMY IS AN ANGEL....look at the light around her....." She looked like an Angel! My mom had me VERY young....Married at 16, had me at 18, so she was only 20 years old.....that day I was convinced she was an ANGEL.....surrounded by God's Light.... a.k.a. Sunshine LOL Sherr
