I love it.. and it's so easy to cook at work.. just spray it with pretend butter..salt and pepper.. and bake in the toaster oven Only 100 calories.. and 20g protein.. delicious!!! anybody else got a good fast work dish

FISH.. sold in the frozen fish dept.. next to Mrs Pauls.. several in a bag, but each fish is vacuumed(sp) sealed

i also like Talapia.... and i *think* it's the most inexpensive of the fish.. i had no idea it had that much protein i make ours with spinach and cheese yours sounds yummy and quick... i might be home all day but the only lunch i make is for the kiddies... i'm trying your way... i just need a toaster oven now

I need one for my house too.. MY SCALE SAID 162 LAST NITE AND THIS MORNING -1 more pound..
