I am just checking to see if you are on track with your sb diet....(you told me to)....so how are things going....I have been good for 3 days....and I worked out for 3 of the 4 days.....Rhonda....how are you doing....last time I saw you were losing.....

Hiii... this morning it was back up 3.. and just now I got on and it was down 2..... so I thought if I go potty it may help

I know .....my scale goes up and down....today was my low weight so that is a good thing.....usually you weigh less in the morning

yeah I know.. so I was hoping my morning it might be down another -2 so I see you are doing well.. got a date lined up.. and trying to get Kellee out there.. I think she likes entertaining the boys on the Singles Board more now.. it looks like she's having fun.. which is awesome. Her and Norman have good bantering skills.. reminds me of me and poppa in our day..

yes I do have a date lined up it is suppost to be tomorrow....just got off the phone with him (talked almost two hours).....he has a bad cold and so if he is not feeling better we might not be able to go tomorrow.....I thought that about Kellee and Norman....to bad he isn't one of the three that want to meet her for coffee

*still ignoring Kelleeeeee* how far is Norman from Kellee.. perhaps they can have morning coffeein bed..

Not sure how far they are but I bet Kellee knows...I want to have coffee in bed with someone

yeah.. i like mine strong and black.. and hott.. how you like your coffee...

I like it strong but with low carb vanilla creamer and splenda.....wonder how Kellee likes hers

and Norman.. I would call in and have a couple delivered.. in bed.. if she and he were up for it..
