Date or not to date a 50 year old.

Hi all! This is my first time I am posting here. I have a problem. Well I have friend that I met where I work at, he is the customer of the bank and I am a teller. He is 50 yrs. old and I am 26 years old. He has given me hints that he wants to date and be in a closer relationship. I have known him for a year now and he is a very nice gentleman. I think I would be in a relationship with him, the problem is the age. He is almost my dad's age. I also have 2 wonderful children ages 6 and 2 and I haven't dated anyone for almost 3 years now. Maria, I think that you should accept love where you can find it, regardless. With that being said, you probably need to take into account your friends and family. I know I would. Especially my family. Would it bother your dad that your boyfriend is almost his age? Would your parents be aghast? It sounds like you really admire this man and would like to see him socially, but the age difference is holding you back. Why don't you talk with the people in your life that it might matter to and get their reactions. Maybe that will help you make your decision. Sandra
