Has anyone ever gone and had their RNY made smaller?

I have had a baby... became pregnant 3 months after surgery. I am unable to lose the weight and want to get my pouch back to its small size. Anyone have any idea how this is done? How much it costs? Does it have to be pre-approved? Thanks! Jessyka

I don't know about making it smaller... But I sure wish I had a band inserted during my original RNY... Bands are usually used for the banded surgery. I think my stomach is fine... it is that little hole going into my stomach I wish would stay tiny and never enlarge. The food we intake leaves the stomach more quickly through those openings... that's what makes food travel quickly.

I would love to know about this subject also. I got pregnant 6 wks after surgery and at around 12 weeks started seeing a nut. that had me eating every 2 hrs to stabilize my blood sugars, with that I gained wt. during pregnancy then have lost the wt gained with it but no additional. So I have essentially only lost 70 lbs from my surgery until now. And I have another 100 or so that I want to lose. I would go through a revision or banding which ever I needed to do, just haven't heard much about what should be done in these cases???
