Despite what you'll read here at OH, it's almost impossible to stretch your pouch, and when the stoma stretches, it's rarely the patient's fault.
The first thing you need to do if you think this has happened to you is talk with your surgeon. He should be willing to do an endoscopic examination to determine if you have a 'mechanical' failure (what they call it if you've had a 'bad' surgery or if something's stretched or come loose, like a staple-line disruption). If you do indeed have a mechanical failure, you should have no trouble getting a revision done.
But it's also possible that you just didn't have the form of WLS that was best suited to YOUR needs. This can also be revised, but it's a bit harder to get insurance approval in these cases.
