3rd time around need some advise

hi guys this is the third time i put an aplication 2 get the opo done i have changed my pcp 3 times i am bummed and need some advise i need the opo i am 5'7 and i weigh 378lb my bmi is 59. i have no medical problems and im healthy i was told that it was medicaly needed and because i have no problems i cant get the opo i need advise can any one help thanks 4 all ur help. i will keep on posting thank u.

Have you tried to get some of the testing done first. Like a sleep study? This way you will know if there is any other reason for you to have it done and maybe have some ammo to shoot at the ins. co.

I don't think that you need any comorbidities if you are 100 lbs overweight. What insurance do you have?? I have blue shield hmo, bmi of 38 with comorbidities and was approved in 3 days!!!
