I found the "Pouch Rules"

The pouch rules can be seen on the teen message board. Look for a post from 3/26/05 Titled:"The Youngest Here". There is a response from Sharon *Smile*. If you go to her profile after the 4/26/05 posting you will find the "Pouch Rules" I printed all 9 pages and they are awesome. I am starting to lose weight and am feeling satisfied with very little food again. I have to thank this lady and hope she doesn't mind my leading people to her wonderful information.
