Restricted Stoma

Hi does anyone have a stoma that after numerous Endoscopys still gets restriced? I had my surgery in 2001, and still ( need to now get one) have upper endoscopys. I want a revision to fix the stoma, but not sure. Thanks! I have had 13 scopes, and one coming up!
