revision- 1st apt. with hosp. help?

Hi I have a date to see a R N at the hosp. this is the first time i will get a chance to talk to someone.. What can I expect? Need advice. This is so important to me, I'm nervous, and i don"t want to shoot myself in the foot. Sure could use some advice
