Update on Mom's Failed RNY

Hello all! I had posted a while ago about my mom who had an open RNY 2 years ago only lost 100 pounds of the 225 she had to & stoped loosing weight about 6 mos post-op. Well she went to her origional surgion today and he was wonderful (when she saw his partner he just accused her of eating too much) So he and the NP said that this is not normal and that somthing is deff. wrong. They think that her stomach may be emptying WAY too fast or she may have a leak which did not show up on her upper GI she had 2 weeks ago. So the Doc had to run to emergency surg. so my mom's going back in 2 weeks and they said she might have to have a revision. So it went well I talked to a few of you guys about this and you wanted an update. Hope all is well with everyone. I will post another update after her next appt. Best Wishes, Gloria
