evening eating
My biggest problem is night-time eating, too. Especially right before bed. I don't understand what happens, I can resist temptation all day, eat healthy. Then I get ready for bed and my need to eat kicks in and all reasoning flies right out the window! I need help.
I have no suggestions, but I understand where you're coming from.
What are your evenings like ? Are you home alone? Bored? Unhappy? Anxious? Maybe try getting out if the house - go for a walk. Have a friend over for coffee. This is common and we all have to learn to distract ourselves from food. It's finding the reason we are eating and learning how to satisfy that emotion in a positive , non caloric manner.
