JIB surgery reverse????

I had the JIB in the 70's.  Things went well lost 100 pounds and maintained the weight until about 2 years ago.  I then began to loose more weight and am now down to 114.  I had the usual problems with the surgery, diaahrea, gas and dumping and still do.  I have been diagnosed with Kidney failure 2 years ago.  That is when the weight started falling off again.  I had many kidney stones since the surgery and that is the main reason I am in failure.  I am on the transplant list for a new kidney.  My question is has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do?  I do not wnat to be reversed but I am afraid that is going to be the thing the Drs. are going to want to do. 
NO I do not want to gain all the weight back and more.  I eat good but still no gain.  They say my small bowel has grown quite a bit since the surgery. 
Solution or suggestions -PLEASE!!!
