I know that when I first lost weight my support group of friends all lost at the same time and we suddenly all got busy with our lives and fell apart from the support and then when I started to gain weight the last thing I wanted to do was go to the Doc and admit failure... or go to my friends and admit failure and so I suffered alone and frustrated.  I personally have recently lost 36 lbs of the 65 I had gained and feel like a new woman again.  I commend you on realizing how important support is and searching it out.  If you want to read more of my story you can find it at www.healthy-wealthy-n-wise.com/blog

And on another note a few of those old friends have recently gotten together and realized we are all facing simialar demons..... don't turn away from support when you need it most!

Good Luck get in touch if I can help you in any way
