I don't know how to get back on track...
I had Gastric Bypass in April of 09' I was 519lbs... By August 09' I was down 107lbs things were going awesome... Until found out I was pregnant with not only 1 but 2...yes twins... Now I continued to lose the whole pregnancy and both myself and thee twins were doing great... In May 2010 I had my boys... Within 10 days after they were born I dropped 71 lbs and took me down to 291 lbs.... Since they were born I have been gaining and losing the same 15 lbs... I don't eat right cuz I am indeed a busy mother of a 2 year old and then my twins... I graze, or I go hungry... and then there is just some days I never stop it seems... I am slipping into old habits and I need advice please... Has anyone ever had the surgery redone, what's is called a revision or something...? Is it too early for me to think of such a thing... Thanks to anyone who can give me advice...

In the past 16 months your body had a RNY, grew and delivered a set of twins, took care of a 2 year old and a set of twins and lost 228lbs.
You are an amazing woman. You need to eat nutritious food...that's it. Keeping up with 3 little ones is plenty of exercise. Let your body adjust to what it has been through. Do you have good follow up care with a really good doctor? Do you have a good nutritionist? Do you take your vitamins? You need to concentrate on being healthy not skinny overnight.
Really as long as you eat healthy food that will rebuild your body, I can't imagine anything wrong with "grazing". My dietitian from several years ago was fine with healthy grazing. Forgetting to eat just causes metabolism problems in the long run. Obviously junk food won't help get you the energy to take care of yourself or your kids. If you are down128 lbs. I bet you don't eat junk.
Congratulations on your kids and your successful weight loss. It really sounds like you are doing great. Daisy
Thank you... the way you put that makes a lot of since... I do have great follow up with my doctor, they said I was doing amazing... I eat healthy most of the time and my grazing is most of the time healthy... Fruit and veggies, sometimes cheese... Kinda depends on what I am feeding my lil girl. I always take my vitamins, and try to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner... In between is usually my grazing... I think you are right about my body being threw so much in the past year and a half and 220lbs gone total is relly amazing now when I think about it... Being 300lbs is not bad when I think about it knowing I was once 519lbs... I am gonna stick with this and not let my scale get the best of me... I might make my husband hide it for a while...lol
thanks again

An RNY is not forever fixable without consequences but I feel your pain. You might consider a D.S. which is probably better suited for someone like you with more to lose and your Dr. should have discussed this with you. Dr's want to help you but also see $$$ and not the long terms effect of weight loss on people with 300lbs+ to lose and they don't tell you or we didn't hear them say it, that the malabsortion eventually grows back and with a vengence too, so we leave the office thinking this is some sort of miracle surgery that will make me a size 10 in less than no time.... Wrong !!
Good luck and bless your heart with those babies I know you have your hands full.
