Eating big on Tuesday...

Here starts another week.  I ate too much on Sunday while I was on vacation but jumped right back on yesterday.  Today I am making veggie soup and no-bake cheesecake so that I can eat low fat and low sugar this week.  I am trying so hard to get as close to normal BMI as possible.

Breakfast: Waffles with 1 c of blueberry topping. (recipes on my profile)  200 cal.

Snack: 1 oz Tostito scoops, 1 oz. 5 cheese Italian cheese and a little salsa; Chocolate caramel coffee (coffee, SF caramel and NSA hot cocoa mix). 270 cal

Lunch:  Chicken, spinach and asiago cheese sausage, fat free American cheese, pickle and light wheat bun; spinach salad with fat free dressing, roast zucchini and tomatoes.  280 cal

Snack: chocolate candy (recipe on profile page) and no-bake peach cheesecake  280 cal

Dinner: Skinless chicken thigh, green beans, spinach salad with fat free dressing and a banana.  225 cal.

 Snack: no-bake cheesecake and nuked apple (recipe on profile page) 270 cal.

1535 calories for the day.
