Eating big on Monday...
Yesterday we had a great time at brunch and a 4th of July party. I had 2 glasses of wine and cook out food....oh well...it was fun. I decided to come back to Wisconsin as planned today.
Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat peanut butter toast and coffee
Snack: Protein bar and pretzles while flying home
Lunch: Light hot dog and a light whole wheat bun
Snack: NSA / FF yogurt and a banana
Dinner: chicken, spinach and asiago cheese sausage; light wheat bun; cooked zucchini and tomatos
