Eating big on Saturday....

Today I leave for vacation for perhaps a couple days, maybe I will trade my ticket in and stay longer.  I woke up last night a 3 am and was starving hungry. 

Breakfast at 3 am:  2 oz wheat roll and peanut butter, 2 cups of low fat buttermilk.

Snack: SF/FF cheesecake

Lunch: large spinach salad, 1 cup wheat pasta, 3 oz tuna, 1/4 c fat free mirical whip, nectarine

Snack: SF/FF cheescake

Dinner and snack- airport food
