Eating big on Friday....

Yesterday I was soooooooo hungry, but this morning I lost a pound. That is 4 lbs in an entire month. At least it is 4 lbs. down rather than 4 lbs. up and it really is the best I can do. I did reach my first goal of getting back to my 11 month post op weight. My next goal is 180 lbs because that would be a BMI in the 31 range. Tomorrow I am on vacation out of state again. Restaurants and airplanes and parties....that is my problem for my entire life. I visit friends and family on the east coast, west coast and I have been to Mexico and Door County, WI this year already. I have been avoiding merlot for the past month because when I drink even 1 glass and there is party food available I can eat 4,000 calories in a day because I have no limitations from my RNY other than I get really loaded on 6 oz. of wine. I am going to avoid wine this holiday weekend to try to control my eating.
Breakfast: 2 waffles and blueberries (recipe on my blog page), 2 walnuts
Snack: SF/FF cheesecake
Lunch: veggie soup, spinach salad with fat free dressing, tuna salad (1 c wheat pasta, Miracle Whip Free, pack of tuna), sugar free Snack Pack pudding.
Snack: SF/FF cheesecake; 1/3 oz dark chocolate, 1/3 oz walnuts and 2T dried cherries
Dinner: skinless chicken thigh, spinach salad, veggie soup and a nectarine.
Snack: SF/FF cheesecake
