Breakfast: Waffles (1/4 c fat free cottage cheese. 1/4 c Better'n eggs, 2 T buckwheat flour) topped with 1 c blueberries and sugar free syrup.

Snack: Fat free/ nsa cheesecake 170 cal.

Lunch: light hot dog, light wheat bun and a piece of soy cheese; spinach and tomato salad with sunflower seeds, chow mien noodles and fat free Italian dressing; broth and veggie soup; nectarine

Snack: .3 oz dark chocolate, .3 oz walnuts and 2T dried cherries; NSA/ FF cheesecake

Dinner: skinless chicken thigh, 1 c wheat pasta, 1/2 c spaghetti sauce, broth and veggie soup, spinach salad with fat free dressing and 1 t. sunflower seeds, 1/4 grated cheese.

Snack: mojito cheesecake NSA/FF
