If you register on the site bariatriceating.com, they have someone on there who is a great cook and she modifies all kinds of recipes. You can post your recipe on there and she will try her best to find a healthy alternative for you.

Best of luck on your journey!

Sparkpeople.com has a recipe calculator but it doesn't convert in the manner you're wanting.  It simply gives the calories and nutritional breakdown of the recipe ingredients you list based on number of servings.  Livestrong.com has a similar program.  Both are helpful once you become adept at identifying healthy food substitutions like fat free milk instead of whole milk, etc.  Fresh ingredients will always be your friend when it comes to calories.  Your best bet would be to get some cookbooks written for weightloss surgery patients.  Often they have "makeover" recipes in them.  Amazon is where I found several good ones but I'm sure any local bookstore carries them as well if you don't like to shop online.  Check out the Hungry Girl series or (my favorite) Eating Well After Weightloss Surgery.  The HG line may be more to your liking if you're not keen on cooking; they like to keep their recipes simple and the ingredients limited just for that purpose so as to not have to spend hours in the kitchen.  And of course there's recipezaar.com.  It's a great, free recipe website with a great search engine.  Just put in low carb, low fat, etc and you can go from there.  It provides the nutritional stats on everything too.
