I read on here one time that there is another link on OH that is pretty active for poeple who are back on track...The year forum for my sx is almost dead, and the main forum is for newbies...Thanks for the help...LLC

I really like the Liteweights forum - many of us post our food and our exercise daily - I find it really helps

Also there are lot of interesting threads concerning life after weight loss.....
