so quick background never really posted my story in quick is posted as a reply for topic"i gained 35 pounds" for those interested in my short story that never ends.hahaa. anyway i do apologize for incorrect typing but to the point i am reading about too many people feeling as though they have failed or the surgery has failed them. so yes i am there sort of too but back ont he band wagon. now i have been throughh page after page of sadness and i feel for all of us. so what about a new post of positive. where is the activity. i havent seen too many of us talking about your movement of the day. movement is also part of our tool that we have to use. so how did you move today. i did my slim and 6 start it up and ab workout and a 3 mile walk away the pounds video along with 3 reps of arm toning with 3 lb weights.

Hey, didn't mean to exercise, but intended to brush some of the winter hair off the horses...ended up brushing off the "Chibaka" looking coat off my long haired pony, and then chasing my STUPID MULE around the pasuture, while she laughed at me, then I had to chase hubby who was chasing the mule while she laughed at us, then we were chasing the QH, who was chasing the mule who was laughing at us!....YOU GET THE PICTURE DON'T YOU?.....I'VE GOT A MULE FOR SALE NEEDLESS TO SAY....,but did loose 4.5 lbs this last two weeks since my Dr. apt....
