Im just wondering if its to late to loose more weight.

I am going to be 4 years out next Nov 3rd 2010. So basically im 3 years out. Anywho...

I never got to my goal weight... or even close. HIGHEST 330 LOWEST 210 i was 210 for like a day then stayed at 217 for a long time.

I ended up getting internal hernias and in pain a lot and ever since my weight keeps going up. Now im at 238-240. I know i could do better . or workout more but i feel im gaining weight so quickly. More then normal. Kinda feel like a reg person not like a gastric bypass patient.

Is it to late? Could i really loose weight?

I don't think it's too late, this is a life long battle and surgery as you know well isn't a quick fix. Get on top of it now before it is way out of control.

What if you try just limiting white carbs? Don't count calories, don't count fat grams. If it has sugar, flour, pasta, potatoes, or rice then count it and limit it to 20gms daily. Count white carbs and protein, see what happens?

Same thing for me. I measure calories and protein. I have not made it to goal and I am 4 years post op. 60 lbs to go. Don't give up. You have come too far. Think positive! Bonnie
