At this point it is just going to take plain old hard work. Your tool is still in tact. You just have to use it. Sensible diet, aim for 60g of protein, healthy low glycemic, whole grain carbs....
And lots of water. And exercise.
The pouch isn't magic, it needs to be used correctly.
Somehow you gotta stop with the grazing...but that is all something that YOU have to do.
We can give suggestions, but you need to be able to work those suggestions.
Good luck! You can do it

I'll share my story. Back in 1983, I had my stomach "stapled". I had a small opening between my upper stomach pouch and my lower. Food had to make its way down, and it made it difficult to eat anything without throwing up. I threw up constantly, several times a day, for more than a year. I lost 150 lbs in 10 months due to not eating anything.
I learned that the things that stayed down easiest were sweets; cookies, candies, etc. Good stuff like meat and vegetables, salad, etc., just came right back up. The day after I weighed in at my lowest weight, 125 lbs, I started gaining again. I'll never forget when I had to take off my size 9 jeans and get back into the 11s. From there, I just gained. And gained. By 2008 I weighed 284. My upper GI revealed that my stapling surgery was no more. I had completely unraveled it. I then had my VSG. My surgeon didn't do it correctly, so I've only lost 94ish lbs. I'm struggling with the same 5 lbs now over and over.
From here on out, it's all up to me. I have to use what little tool I have to get 40 or 50 more lbs off.
You fell at work. Did you get any kind of compensation to help pay for your medical issues related to the injuries? Sounds like you might need a lawyer.
Is there a WLS group near you? That could help with your grazing issues. It sometimes help to talk face to face with others who share your struggles.
All the best to you!

I am just getting back here myself after gaining about 60 pounds. I had originally lost around 300. I would say misery loves company, but I am sorry that the rest of you are having problems as well. Gosh, I know just how the getting hurt at work thing feels. I was beaten almost to death by two heroin junkies at work. I am now a retired psych RN. It totally tore out my left shoulder which had to be surgically repaired. I have EDS and have had my right hip replaced 5 times in 5 years and now they saying I am at the outside limit of what they can do. (Not because of pain I can easily handle pain, I have a very high tolerance for it, the hips actually break. I have had 12 hip dislocations) Enough of my whining, I am going to try sending out only positive vibes from now on. 1-2-3-4 We Ain't Gonna Gain Just 1 Pound More!!!!!!!!! We can do this because we are stronger than this.
If you feel a constaing need to eat ( I do) then try having nuts or jerky on hand. You can snack and get your protein. If you are dri nking diet soda quit. It increases the craving for food.
If there is a gym near you with an indoor pool this is a good way to get exercise while you heal. If this was a work related accident it would seem workman comp would cover physical therapy this is a great way to work out.
Try low cal soups to fill up on. Keep only safe foods in your home. Yogurt, cottage cheese, suger free popcycles, sugar free pudding, fresh fruit.
This will make snacking less of a problem.

Wow, it's humbling to read all of the terrible injuries and complications that have happened to you all. I feel like a wimp next to you, and totally admire your perseverence!! You are awesome!!
I had to have my band removed after 2 uncomplicated years, due to slippage. I was about 10 pounds from my goal. Since then I've gained about 12 pounds, I guess not too bad in 10 months, but at the rate I'm going, with the scale slowly going up, I 'm scared that I'll eventually gain the 60 pounds that I lost. it's frustrating, I know what to do, I'm working out, but I slip up just enough to sabatage myself. Thank you for sharing your stories, I do feel encourged---still wish I had my Band back though!!
