I am not going to use this post to announce "I'm going on the ___________ plan," I swear.  Because you know what happens when I do?  I end up with a cabinet full of product that is perfectly acceptable and I eat what?  

Cheese and bread.

I am here to tell you -- The Cheese And Bread Diet?  It doesn't work.  It keeps my blood sugar superb - but - it's making my ass grow a shelf on a shelf.

What do I need?  

(Get on this companies, please?) 

 

  • "The Lazy WLS'ers Home Delivery Food Plan."
  • "Bored Bariatrics Diet For People Who Don't Like To Cook Appropriate Foods Because We Are The Only One In The Family Eating What We Cook So Why Not Just Have A Bagel Plan."
  • OR - Eggface living in my basement.  (It's an idea, don't tell her.)

I can revert to basics, but not forever.  I will eventually need to Eat Teh Foodz.  Just not my Cheese and Bread Diet, mmkay?

I have fallen away from Obesity Help.com... and I regret it. Are you regaining weight too? I started regaining this spring of 09. I'm not sure what I weigh, I just know I don't like what I see.

G/BMI=25 or less, normal weight

1st goal = 215#, MET   2nd goal = Onederland, MET  
3rd goal = 175#, MET   4th goal = > BMI of 29.9, MET  
5th goal = 155#, MET Final WL goal = 140# or less and  normal BMI

RNY 8/2003 - from 305 to 185...now 235...eiiiyiiiyiii....not only bread but sugar, sugar, sugar.  Needed a brain revision more than the stomach surgery, me thinks!  This addictive, habitual behavior is so endless for me...30 yrs of therapy, countless diets, finally having my stomach made the size of a golfball (can't possibly still be THAT way, can it!) and still the compulsive eating drives my every day.  Hope to recommit this month AGAIN to get some weight off, AGAIN, I hope....

Im so discused with myself.. It has put me in  depresson. i went from size  22-24 to size 8 and now im back in 12-14 and climbing. my rny was in 11/2003 .i was doing great till i fell at work 2years ago and have been off work since.  I wanted to get stomaphyx but i lost my insurance covrage. I dont know what to do?? I keep trying tostop grazing but...... I joined a gym but had to cancel cuz i couldnt do the work out with my inj. HELP!!!!!!
ANY SUGGESTIONS? I HAVENT BEEN BACK TO MY SURGON B CUZ OF NO INS.
MY INJ.. TORE ROTAOTR CUFF, 2 VERTABRE IN NECK, RIGH KNEE CAP DILOCATED AND TORN LIGMNTS, BROKE LEFT FOOT, BROKEN TAIL BONE AND CUT FINGER 1/2 OFF. ALL IN 1 YEAR. MOST FROM FALL AT WORK.. HELP
