Hi,

I know that protein gives us a feeling of fullness longer than carbs.  So maybe this is a start of something good?

Wasn't there someone on this list who had a band put over her RNY?  I wonder how she is doing.  Sorry for all this crap you are going through.  Yes I know carbs are something that has to be watched with all sugar issues.  I know they are very yummy.  My sweet hubby has a carb problem and he has type II Diabetes.  I always pray nothing bad will happen.

I am happy to hear you are doing a bit better. Still - no stoma restrictions can be tricky...
