i am now startign to gain, and find that i can eat almost as much as i used too!! oh no!!

i am up t o170 now after the winter. i hope i will regain the ability to lose, but feel like i may have wasted all that money and stress for nothing!

Hi,

Winter was hard on me too.  Getting back into "moving" is a challenge.  I went for a brisk walk last night and complained to myself the whole way.  Once I got back to the car, I was glad I did it.  As I told someone the other day, the Back On Track Together is a great group to join.

I have been telling myself that I am going to check out the Wellness center at the hospital.  I keep making excuses as to why I don't.  I think it would do me good to invest in my health.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

The sleeved stomach does not really stretch.  You can eat around a sleeve but you'll never be able to eat the same quantity as pre-sleeve as about 60-85% of your stomach is gone.  Either your sleeve was not done correctly or you are eating around it.

What is a typical daily menu?

How many white carbs are you eating?

How much hard cardio do you do?

What kind of weight training are you doing?
