Just wondering
I jsut finished a month long "trial" of phentermine. I have had great results in the past with it. But this time I only lost 4 lbs...I ate mostly healthy choice meals with no rice/pasta or potatoes.. I excercised at leat 3 times a week. You think with that I should have lost more..But I did not. I did cheat once in a while. But nothing major. Now I am on the cabage soup diet,.....LOL...I never thought I would be doing this kind of crap again.......I have been more successful these past 5 days on cabbage coup diet than all month with my phentermine. And it is really easy. Giving up coffee was the hardest part of the diet. Tomorrow is day 6 for me...I will do it again once I getto day 7. the results have been nice. 7 lbs so far...I better not jinx myself...LOL......Best of luck. BTW I am saving up for a revision to a sleeve....
