Have you thought about a revision? One of the many reasons I got the DS was I knew it would be a problem for me to still have 100% of the grehlin (the HUNGER hormone that the stomach produces) being produced as it is with the band or RNY.

I would think about talking to a skilled revision surgeon.

I hear ya, Daisy.  I had RNY over 5 years ago.  I lost about 80 lbs. and then gained back about 30 of it.  So, I have maintained 50 pounds of weight loss and my diabetes is under control without meds.  I also have very normal blood pressure.  I weigh about 325.  I have been very discouraged and am now trying to figure out how to get back on the horse and start eating the right things and exercising again the way I know I need to.  It's just hard to get rolling.
Hope you don't give up.  It's going to get better.
